Happy Tuesday! This was taken when I went out for lunch with some friends — Casual yet put-together was the look I was going for. I tried to combine textures, which is one of the best ways to add dimension and that instant cool factor. Another way to amp up your concoction is by making the color matches (either subtly or obviously) throughout the outfit. In this case, there is the common theme of gold in all my accessories: the necklace, purse, and heels. Gold is the shared but distinguishing element (no pun intended) in my outfit.
