A man with two pairs of high-heeled shoes died in a Singapore hospital this week after suffering a heart attack.
The 38-year-old man, identified only as S, fell and hit his head on a wooden railing on the sidewalk of a Singapore Hospital, where he was admitted on Monday, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said in a statement.
He was rushed to the Singapore General Hospital, which is about 10 km away from the hospital where he died.

He was admitted to the hospital with an enlarged heart.
