Here’s who you need to know in a new video that takes aim at the presumptive GOP nominee.
The video, titled “Who’s Next?”
, is directed by former MTV host and host of MTV Movie Awards winner and “American Idol” judge Jason Alexander, who also served as an MTV news correspondent in 2016.
“Who are you going to vote for?” he asks.
“The people who are most interested in America,” one of the characters says.
“That’s what’s going to make America great.”
“I don’t know.
I don’t have any answers,” Alexander says.
He goes on to offer up some ideas for what Trump could do to help American voters: “Make a big deal about it, because he has a lot of support in this country, and that’s important,” Alexander said.
He has the best record in the history of the country, because of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. “
Make it about his record, because I think he has the worst record in history.
He has the best record in the history of the country, because of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
This is about his policies. “
There’s a lot more to this than just his record.
This is about his policies.
He doesn’t like women, he doesn’t respect minorities, he’s anti-gay.
He’s an advocate for the gun lobby.”
Trump’s campaign has not responded to the video.
The campaign released a statement Tuesday morning, saying, “We have a long history of supporting women and minorities in politics.
We will continue to focus on this campaign, and the Republican Party platform, while the public is focused on the November election.
We hope this video is helpful to you and that you’ll consider the ideas in it.”
Alexander told The Associated Press in March that he was a “very, very concerned” person about Trump’s comments and said he was “really shocked” by them.
He said he hopes his campaign will be able to be a part of the next stage in the race, which he described as a “battle of ideas.”
“The thing that’s so important in a democracy is that the public understands the candidates,” Alexander told AP.
You get elected, in my opinion, because you have the best ideas. “
You don’t get elected because you’re the smartest guy in the room.
You get elected, in my opinion, because you have the best ideas.
And they’re the ones who get voted on, because they know that you’re going to stand up for the middle class and the poor and the sick and all the other things that matter.”
